    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran berpikir induktif yang berorientasi pada kecerdasan naturalis melalui media foto jurnalistik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa SMAN 1 Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi terhadap siswa kelas XII SMAN 1 Garut. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui tes tertulis membuat puisi, lembar observasi, dan skala sikap. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) model pembelajaran berpikir induktif yang berorientasi pada kecerdasan naturalis melalui media foto jurnalistik efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa SMAN 1 Garut; (2) model pembelajaran berpikir induktif yang berorientasi pada kecerdasan naturalis melalui media foto jurnalistik dapat mempermudah siswa menemukan dan mengembangkan ide dalam membuat puisi

    The purpose of this research is to describe the strategic competence of students in solving the story problem on linear program at SMK-SMTI Pontianak. Descriptive methods with case study forms are used to achieve the objectives. The subjects of the study were students of class F of eleventh grade. The tools for collecting data are strategic competence test, and interviews on linear program. The results of strategic competence test and interviews are analyzed based on three strategic competency indicators, namely students ability to formulate problems, present problems, and solve math problems. The result of data analysis shows that the students\u27 strategic competence in solving the story problem in the linear program is included in the category of incapable. From 28 students who were given strategic competency test, only 4 students were able to meet three indicators, 5 students were able to meet only two indicators, 4 students were able to meet only one indicator, and 15 students were unable to meet any indicators of the given problem

    Pengaruh Pendekatan Multiple Intelligence Terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Fisika Pada Peserta Didik Kelas X Di SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) besarnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah Fisika yang diperoleh peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng dengan pendekatan tanpa multiple intelligences (konvensional) (2) besarnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah Fisika yang diperoleh peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng dengan menggunakan pendekatan multiple intelligences (3) kemampuan pemecahan masalah Fisika peserta didik dengan menggunakan pendekatan multiple intelligences lebih tinggi dibanding pemecahan masalah Fisika peserta didik tanpa menggunakan pendekatan multiple intelligences. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian true eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain Posttest-Only Control Group Design dengan melibatkan variabel bebas yaitu pendekatan Multiple Intelligences dan variabel terikat yaitu kemampuan pemecahan masalah fisika peserta didik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng dengan sampel di pilih secara random sehingga diperoleh kelas X MIA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X MIA 6 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah fisika dalam bentuk essai. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif post-test menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik dengan pendekatan deduktif lebih banyak memperoleh skor pada kategori tinggi dan peserta didik dengan pendekatan multiple intelligence lebih banyak memperoleh skor pada kategori sangat tinggi. Sedangkan hasil analisis statistik inferensial menunjukkan bahwa kedua kelas berasal dari populasi terdistribusi normal yang homogen dan diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 4,326 > 1,674 yang menunjukkan skor rata-rata populasi kemampuan pemecahan masalah fisika peserta didik kelas X MIA 2 dengan pembelajaran yang menggunakan pendekatan multiple intellingence lebih tinggi dibandingkan skor rata-rata populasi kemampuan pemecahan masalah fisika peserta didik kelas X MIA 6 dengan pembelajaran yang menggunakan pendekatan deduktif. Sehingga berdasarkan kedua analisis tersebut dapat dikemukakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pendekatan multiple intellingence terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah fisika pada peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng.Kata kunci: Pendekatan Multiple Intelligences, pendekatan deduktif, kemampuan pemecahan masalah fisikaThis study aims to determine (1) the magnitude of problem-solving ability Physics obtained learners grade X SMAN 2 Bantaeng approach without multiple intelligences (conventional) (2) the magnitude of problem-solving ability Physics obtained learners grade X SMAN 2 Bantaeng using multiple intelligences approach (3) Physics problem solving skills of learners by using multiple intelligences approach higher than problem solving Physics learners without using multiple intelligences approach. This research is true experimental design using Posttest-Only Control Group Design by involving the independent variable is the approach of Multiple Intelligences and the dependent variable is a physics problem-solving abilities of learners. The population in this study were all students of class X SMAN 2 Bantaeng with randomly select samples in order to obtain class X MIA 2 as an experimental class and class X MIA 6 as the control class. The research instrument used is a physics problem solving ability test in the form of essays. The results of descriptive statistical analysis of post-test showed that learners with deductive approach gained more scores in the high category and learners with multiple intelligence approach gained more scores on the very high category. While the results of inferential statistical analysis showed that the two classes come from the population is normally distributed homogenous and obtained tcount> ttable namely 4.326> 1.674 which shows the average score of the population of problem-solving abilities of physics students of class X MIA 2 with learning approach multiple intellingence higher than the average score of the population physics problem-solving abilities of students of class X MIA 6 by learning to use a deductive approach. So based on both the analysis can be noted that there are significant intellingence multiple approaches to problem-solving ability in physics class X students at SMAN 2 Bantaeng

    The curriculum and learning are two things that can not be separated. As a plan or program, the curriculum will not be meaningful when it is not implemented in the form of learning. And vice versa, without a clear curriculum as a reference, then learning will not take place effectively (Sanjaya: 2009). What is described in the curriculum should provide clues to the learning process in the classroom; And what happens in the classroom is an input that can be taken into consideration in the improvement of the curriculum. Elementary School Islam (SDI) Surya Buana Malang one of the primary schools in the city of Malang that has a different character from another school Dinas. This study aims to find out and describe what the concept of natural school in SD Surya Buana Malang and how its implementation in realizing the character education of elementary school students. The research method used is qualitative research method. This study used a qualitative approach with an observational case study research design related to the concept of curriculum development of SDI Bilingual School SDI Surya Buana Malang. Data collection techniques are (1) in-depth interview (2) participant observation and (3) documentation study. Data analysis used in this research: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. The result of the research shows that Islamic elementary school of SDI Surya Buana Malang apply curriculum of Diknas by applying the concept of the curriculum of natural school "Triple R", and in developing the character of SDI Surya Buana Malang students using liaison book between teacher and parents

    Perkembangan ekonomi yang semakin cepat menyebabkan persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Apalagi dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih, Perusahaan-Perusahaan tersebut berlomba-lomba dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif dan efisiensi kinerja Perusahaan mereka dibandingkan pesaingnya. Salah satu investasi teknologi informasi yang populer saat ini adalah sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) yaitu paket aplikasi yang menawarkan ”best practice” dalam menjalankan bisnis dengan menggunakan satu basis data yang dapat diakses oleh semua divisi dalam Perusahaan. Terdapat banyak keuntungan yang dapat dirasakan oleh Perusahaan dengan mengimplementasi sistem ERP, seperti mengurangi biaya produksi, meningkatkan integrasi data, dan mengurangi level inventori. Namun, sebagian besar implementasi sistem ERP yang telah dilakukan oleh beberapa Perusahaan mengalami kegagalan. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan kegagalan ini adalah adanya resistensi pengguna terhadap Perubahan. Resistensi dari pengguna ini juga menyebabkan Perusahaan tidak dapat memaksimalkan keuntungan dari implementasi sistem ERP. Oleh karena itu, paper ini akan membahas mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem ERP. Faktor-faktor penerimaan ini didasarkan pada model penerimaan pengguna yang sudah ada pada penelitian sebelumnya yaitu model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology (UTAUT). An increasingly rapid economic development led to the increasingly stringent business competition. Especially with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, these companies are competing in utilizing technology to enhance competitive advantage and efficiency of their company's performance than its competitors. One of the investment in information technology that is popular today is the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, is an application package that offers best practice of doing business by using a single database that is accessible by all divisions within the company. There are many advantages that can be felt by companies to implement ERP systems, such as reducing production costs, improve data integration, and reduce inventory levels. However, most implementations of ERP systems that have been done by some companies to fail. One of the factors that caused this failure is the presence of user resistance to change. Resistance from users has also led the company can not maximize the benefits of ERP system implementation. Therefore, this paper will discuss the factors affecting user acceptance of ERP systems in use. Acceptance factors are based on the user acceptance model that already exists in previous studies that model the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology (UTAUT)
